Schedulers can manually contact employees using the ranked list if so desired, or set a date and time when Snap Schedule 365 will start contacting employees on the list via SMS text or phone calls, one at a time until the required number of employees is reached.

Snap Schedule 365 automatically sums up employees’ work hours and costs, calculates overtime, on-call, time off, and shift premium pays so you can make informed decisions. Its overtime and minimum rest conflict detection helps you avoid grievances and ensure compliance to labor rules and collective bargaining agreements.

View in real time employees’ punch in/out times in a graphical format or in list forms. See tardy employees and how employees’ scheduled shifts and hours compare to the actual shifts and hours. Eliminate early punch in or late punch out by specifying a time window when employees can punch in/out.

Instant access to employee contact information, picture, position, hire date, labor rate, skills/certifications, and skill expiration dates. You or your employee can enter desired work hours, days and hours available to work, and restrictions that will be considered when creating and managing schedules.
